Push It is a 10k walk/push and will raise funds for ME Research. On Sunday 11th September 2011 a team of volunteers will push me in my wheelchair over a 1o km route around Lichfield.
I start with a 5km (3.1 miles) walk around the city and residential streets, then move to Stowe Pool to complete 4 circuits of the pool at 1.17km each (around 3/4 mile per circuit) making a total of 10km.
